Registration



This page describes the procedure for handling registration for this working conference.

Only those delegates who have been through the registration process may attend the conference. It will not be possible to register at the start of the conference.

The conference opens with an informal dinner from 20:00 on Sunday July 25th. Delegate packs will be available from the conference office from 18:00, also on the following morning before the start of the conference. The conference is residential. En suite accommodation has been reserved in Hotel Antemare, and the conference and all meals will take place there. The conference will end at tea time on Wednesday July 28th.

There are two options of the basic registration package, depending on if the accommodation is in a double room as a single or sharing a double room with another participant.

The basic registration package includes:

      • accomodation at hotel Antemare from Sunday, July 25th, to Wednesday, July 28th (3 nights),
      • dinner on Sunday, July 25th,
      • buffet breakfast and lunches from Monday, July 26th, to Wednesday, July 28th,
      • banquet dinner on Monday, July 26th,
      • attendance at the conference from Monday to Wednesday,
      • coffee breaks on Monday thru Wednesday,
      • social event on Tuesday, July 27th, afternoon,
      • dinner on Tuesday, July 27th,
      • a copy of the conference proceedings book,
      • IFIP fee
Options for accompanying person and/or extra nights also are available.

Registration process

Each participant should realize the following steps:
  1. Print the registration form.
  2. Complete it with personal information and mark the selected options. Note that you must calculate the final cost of the registration.
  3. Complete the payment information:
    • For payment by credit card (recommended) include the credit card details (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
    • For payment by bank transfer use the bank account showed in the registration form. Note that the bank transfer must be free of costs for the payee.
  4. Send or fax the completed registration form and, if payment by bank transfer, the receipt of the bank transfer, to the address or fax number indicated in the form.
  5. After we receive the form you will receive e-mail confirmation of the registration.
Note that all fees are expressed in Euros.

Invoice

During check-in at the start of the conference each delegate will be given a printed and signed receipt on official conference headed paper.

Early registration

 Participants will notice that the registration fees do nothing to encourage early application, but we will be grateful for registrations on or before June 7th. The deadline for receiving registrations to the Working Conference is 18th of June.

Cancellation Policy

The attendee must submit a cancellation request by mail or fax. The request for cancellation must be received before 27th of June in order to qualify for a full refund less 60 € for administrative expenses. Each request for cancellation received after 27th of June implies the participant has to cover all the registration cost.
